Artwork Instructions For Customers Needing Design Service:
1. Please email us with a very detailed description of how you want your artwork to look. You can send the information to Jon@KustomPrintz.com.
2. Email us with the text exactly as it should read on your design so we can copy and paste onto our design software. This will help speed up the design process and help prevent the risk of typos.
3. Email us any logos or images that you want on the design as well. Please note that the quality of images will only be as good as we receive it.
4. Please note that this product does NOT include a logo design. Also you will not be receiving the master design files nor the high resolution, print ready files. However those files can be purchased for an additional fee. Please contact us for pricing.
5. Please reference your order number or the name on your order when emailing us.
Artwork Instructions For Customers Providing Artwork Ready To Print:
1. Please request a template to ensure that your artwork is setup properly for printing. See photos for templates as well.
2. Type of file to send: We recommend saving as a JPEG or flattened PDF file. You may also send the file in the following types: PNG, TIFF, AI, PSD, EPS, or Microsoft Office Programs.
3. Resolution should be set at 300 DPI high resolution. Always start and finish your designs in CMYK color mode.
4. Email artwork to Jon@KustomPrintz.com. If your artwork files are extremely large (over 20MB) please let us know and we will give you special instructions on how to send the artwork.
5. Please reference your order number or the name on your order when emailing us.
