Purchases

Design Process
For all of our items, it is essential to approve your design before printing. Once you give your approval, your item will proceed into production. After the approval, no further changes can be made to the design or any other aspect of the item. We recommend double-checking all details before giving your final approval.

Thorough Review
It is your responsibility to thoroughly check the design, including spelling, grammar, and other details, prior to giving your approval. While we strive for accuracy, mistakes can occur, which is why we strongly recommend a careful review. The final approval rests with you.

No Refunds or Reprints
Once the approved design is printed, no refunds or reprints will be provided. We take pride in our work but cannot be held responsible for errors approved by the customer.

To ensure timely processing and delivery of your custom item(s), it is important to provide prompt approval of the design. Delays in approval or any additional design request may result in a delay in the production and delivery timeline. If there are significant revisions requested or if there is a delay in your response to design proofs, it may affect the overall turnaround time of your order.

Image & Graphic Quality
We are committed to delivering exceptional custom print items to our valued customers. However, we cannot be held responsible or accountable for any pixelation or blurriness in the end product due to the use of low-quality images provided by our customers. During the design process, we provide you with a preview of how the final print will appear. This preview serves as an approximation and does not fully represent the exact print quality. The final print quality will depend on the provided file resolution. As a customer, it is your responsibility to provide images of sufficient quality for printing.

We kindly request all clients to upload images or graphics of excellent printing quality. It is crucial to provide us with the original image source. Whenever possible, submit images directly from the original source to maintain the highest quality. Avoid using screenshots, images downloaded from the internet, or images saved from social media platforms. Avoid excessive compression when saving or exporting images to prevent loss of detail and image quality, Submit images with dimensions suitable for the intended print size. Ensure the image size is proportional to the desired print size to avoid distortion or pixelation. Submit images without watermarks, logos, or any text overlay unless it is an integral part of your desired design.

Color Disclaimer Policy
We strive to provide accurate and vibrant color reproduction for our print items. However, it is important to note that color variations may occur between the digital representation of colors on screens and the final printed product. Please be aware that colors displayed on computer screens, mobile devices, or other electronic displays may appear differently than the printed colors. We do not accept returns or offer refunds solely based on color variations between the screen and the printed product.

Size Disclaimer Policy
We understand the importance of accurate sizing for custom print items. To ensure a smooth and satisfactory experience carefully review and select the appropriate size for your item during the ordering process. Take into consideration the intended use, available space, and other specific requirements. We recommend double-checking the selected size to ensure it aligns with your intended use and expectations. We want to emphasize that we are not responsible for any discrepancies or dissatisfaction resulting from incorrect size selection by the customer. This includes cases where the chosen size does not fit the desired space or does not meet specific requirements. We do not accept size exchanges or returns based solely on wrong size selection.

We strive to provide precise and accurate sizing for all our products. However, please allow for minor variations in the final printed size.
